SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver products purchased from www.bhumipushp.com the fastest time possible and in the best condition.

All orders are shipped within 3-6working days by established national and international couriers unless otherwise specified. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.

Orders shipped using our standard ground shipping methods will normally be received within 6-10 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

With every confirmed order an email containing the details is sent. An email will be sent as soon as the order ships.

Orders may be received complete in the same box or may be received in different boxes. If more than one box is sent, couriers can be delivered separately.

Shipping costs for delivery within India are automatically calculated during checkout and these charges are applied as per the order value and place of delivery. Once approved, the additional shipping cost will be added to your order. For Shipping Outside India shipping cost will be communicated separately via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• By sending an email to www.bhumipushp.com at any point before the product has been shipped, a customer may cancel their transaction. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has left our facility.

NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY

• Our company has a strict no return or no exchange policy. We do not accept any return, refund or exchange on any items. Exchange is possible only in case if the product delivered by us is damaged. For damaged product related redressals please contact customer service at bhumipushp11@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
